Research Experience

Dr. Lei Wang is currently a professor and the Director of the Office of Scientific R&D, Changsha University of Science and Technology, China. He has been working on the research interest of the structural durability, structural reliability, and bridge construction. Dr. Wang has been sponsored by serials of important national projects, including the State Key Development Program for Basic Research of China, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc. As a result, over 120 relevant research papers, 3 books have been published in his past research career. His research achievements contribute to some bridges and the revision of the national specifications in China. Dr. Wang was awarded the Cheung Kong Scholars Programme of China (Young scholars), the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award, etc.
